It’s such a treat when I get a sleepy baby in the studio! This little man was an absolute gem, and his parents were just as sweet. It’s easy to see why they’re so in love with him! As a Westminster newborn photographer I have families coming to me from all over the Denver metro area, but these new parents made the drive all the way from their home in Longmont. The first few weeks of a baby’s life are so fleeting, and it makes me feel so special when new families are willing to make the drive to my studio so we can capture these special moments. I just LOVE that the buttons are popping open in this photo. He was so full of milk!
I have a variety of outfits in my studio, but this gray hand-knit onesie is one of my favorites!
This next image is a composite, meaning two different images were stitched together in Photoshop to make it look like the baby is sleeping on the milk crate by himself. Hint: he’s not! His dad was supporting him the entire time. I simply edited dad’s hands out of the photo. Safety first… always!
Is there anything better than a baby in a basket? I can’t think of anything…
